The experience gained in conducting business with The Customs & Excise department, the various cargo handlers, the Air and Sea Ports Authority and other governmental agencies both in St Lucia and abroad makes our Company uniquely equipped to perform all aspects of customs brokerage, shipping, freight forwarding and logistic services etc, that are required by our clients. We are committed to ensuring a safe, speedy, cost efficient clearance and delivery of all merchandise and documentation for our clientele. KPL Logistic & Brokerage Services Inc. provides an array of services including: Collection of documents from airlines, shipping agents, customs departments and other agencies. Preparation of customs entries, applications for customs bonds Import license and all other relevant documentation that are required for the clearance or exportation of goods by customs for our clientele. Collection of packages from the various cargo sheds both air and sea ports FedEx, DHL, UPS etc. Delivery of packages for exportation to the various shipping agencies, post office and courier services etc.Commercial packing/unpacking and crating services, Freight forwarding and logistic services. Physical examination of all merchandise and report any damages to relevant authority and client. Verification of duty assessments provided by couriers and other agencies for settlement. Managing resolution of queries related to shipments on clients behalf. Emergency shipping and clearance management. Supply chain and inventory management. Consultation services on shipping, freight forwarding and customs brokerage.
