Earle W. Spencer & Company Ltd has as its principal, Commissioned Land Surveyor, Earle Spencer, and was incorporated in Kingston, Jamaica in 2012. The firm previously operated as Earle Spencer, Commissioned Land Surveyor, since 1982. The over 40 years-experience accounts for an extensive knowledge base and expertise in the field of Surveying, Mapping & Land Management Services, which results in benefits for our clients.
The services offered include: ;- Cadastral/Boundary surveys ;- Boundary re-establishment ;- Surveyor's Identification Reports ;- Topographical Surveys ;- Design and setting out of Subdivisions ;- Strata Title surveys
In addition to this, we offer Engineering Surveys, including the setting out of roadways & buildings, Mapping exercises, utilizing GNSS technology, the preparation of Surveyor's Identification Reports, and advising on matters relating to Restrictive Covenants.
The principal oversees all projects that the firm undertakes, meets with clients, visits sites, liaises with other consultants, and advises on the way forward to the final stage. Earle W.
